Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

We are the folks behind a variety of products and services designed to help entrepreneurs and more established companies conceptualise, design and commercialise new products. Our mission is to support entrepreneurs and enterprise teams globally through our online services and local partners. Transaction and Billing Information: If you buy something from us–a course, membership subscription or coaching service through the site–you will provide additional personal and payment information that is required to process the transaction and your payment, such as your name, credit card information, and contact information. In some cases we will invoice manually for our services and will require your name, company information, and contact details in order to correctly address the invoice and collect payment.

Communications With Us: You may also provide us information when you respond to surveys, communicate with our team about a support question, or post a question in our membership only and public forums.

Log Information: Like most online service providers, we collect information that web browsers, mobile devices, and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, referring site, the date and time of access, operating system, and mobile network information. Creative Media Systems is the controller of your personal data which is the company that entered into the contract with you under the Terms of Service for the product or service you use.
